The National Federation has put out a pre-season set of notes that covers items for both coaches and officials in both cross-country and track & field. It can be viewed or downloaded from the PIAA website by going here.

The PIAA has recently posted a set of instructions for registering your three required clearances into their database. You may access it here and follow the steps they have listed.

Interpreter Fred Smith has made a short (one-page) set of guidelines to follow whenever three teams are on site for a meet (or multiple meets). This is in MS Word format and can be downloaded by going to the “Forms” page of this website.

The National Federation of High Schools has a downloadable .pdf file entitled “Pre-Meet Notes for 2015” which can be helpful for officials and coaches. There are comments on this year’s rule changes plus an excellent article on officiating mistakes. The document can be viewed or downloaded by going here.
